Tour Description
Therapeutic Mud Pools tour of Nadi starts with your hotel or resort pickup. Arrive at Fiji’s famous and colourful Nadi Siva Subramani Temple. Take a guided tour of the temple enjoying the spectacular paintings and history of Indian Gods and Goddess. After the tour, visit Nadi’s colorful vegetable and fruit markets. Tour continues to the local Handicraft to witness an array of local handicrafts and artifacts for you to take back home, this also includes shopping at some famous duty free shops. Tour then continues to Fiji’s famous orchid gardens – The Gardens of Sleeping Giants. The gardens are nestled in the cool shadows of two giant mountains and offers over 30 to 40 varieties magnificent Asian Orchids and Cattleya hybrids which was once the private collection of the late American actor Raymond Burr. After the gardens arrive at the famous Mud Pools one of Fiji’s hidden jewels. It provides a rare opportunity to indulge in a therapeutic natural thermal mud spa. The therapeutic mud pool of Sabeto is the ideal remedy for self-cleansing or naturally beautifying yourself. Locals believe that the sulphur in the hot springs have healing properties and it is a popular spot for both visitors and locals, providing a great social experience. The Hot Springs has three pools set in lush natural surroundings, have fun applying rejuvenating mud generously on yourself and your friends! Afterwards wash off in a warm spring pool and feel your stress melt away with the mud. Tour then takes you back to your hotel/resort.
